I’m Steven Gerry — four-time VP of Sales, cybersecurity operator, founder of Adventure Capital, angel investor, competitive triathlete, and adventure sports thrill seeker. I build companies, teams, systems, portfolios, and seasons of life with the same bias: disciplined execution, ambitious targets, and enough edge to keep it interesting.

The story

The thread is systems under pressure.

I’ve always been pulled toward high-pressure rooms and high-consequence environments: technical sales cycles with executive buyers, early-stage company chaos, investor trust, endurance races, deep water, powder days, and the occasional absurd television appearance. The pattern is the same everywhere — learn fast, build the system, inspect what matters, keep going when it gets uncomfortable.

USC neuroscience gave me the language for performance, behavior, and systems. Cybersecurity gave me the arena. Startups gave me the pressure. Adventure Capital gave me a way to turn operational discipline into investor outcomes. Endurance sport gave me the reminder that durability beats intensity when the race gets long.

What I do

A portfolio of operating modes.

This site is organized around the actual arenas where I build: revenue organizations, startup outcomes, Adventure Capital, ventures, angel investments, endurance racing, Life OS, and selective advisory work.

“Avoid the mundane. Do hard things. Build systems that create freedom.”

A public version of the same operating philosophy: bold goals, clean systems, high standards, and a life that feels as good as it looks on paper.
